In other news I took the last few days to get ready for this weekend where I have the double whammy of Birthday + Mother’s Day. Many updates soon! But I’m off to sneak another bite of my cake!

This is a very bad photo of our garden. But there is a reason for that! Our neighbors lovely house is north of the garden. So the pictures I have of the full garden include a very nice shot of the house. Didn’t think the neighbors would appreciate that. All those sticks right in the front are the boys’ plots. I can’t wait to take a similar picture in a month or two!!

This was actually one of the last photos I snapped this past weekend. It is my favorite of the entire weekend.
The weekend was wii – lly fun courtesy of Uncle K. Light Saber Duels is what they are playing. Jr. is quite good and will kick your butt with little remorse. Lil’B give it his best and found a partner in letting him win a couple times in his Uncle. But you know what is better than an Uncle who will play Wii with you AND can handle getting his butt kicked by you (Jr.) or will let you (Lil’B) win??
An Uncle who has a Light Saber and let’s you play with it! It was small star wars fans version of thebestest day ever!
