I think it may be a Praying Mantis Egg Case. Or some other bug case of some sort.
The lead Guinea Bird has a worm. The other two are on the chase to take it from him. Funny little birds.
The first two photos were taken because we when outside to watch this balloon take off from a neighboring field.
Very curious to see what emerges from that sac. And the second shot – wow, you don’t see that everyday! Well, I don’t anyway.
