I really miss analog signal. We had channels that were consistent and clear. So we only had 5 little channels but they at least came in. Since the switch to digital signal we have consistently been on the short end of the stick when it comes to quality. I sure as heck don’t see any quality difference. Oh yeah in order to see the difference – - the picture ACTUALLY HAS TO COME IN! We have more channels than before but our failure rate (how much the signal strength drops) is ridiculously high. We finally have given up on watching Saturday Night Live ever again. For 5 weeks in a row it has cut out shortly after the monologue starts.
For the record we have a converter box on one TV and an internal tuner (HDTV ready) on another. Neither is performing well. We have actually had a conversation that to perhaps get consistent signal we are going to have to put an antenna somewhere on our place. You know those big giant antennas from our childhood that is what we are talking about. *sigh* Things were easier when my little bunny ears did the job.

I feel for ya – we don’t even watch much tv, and it p*sses me off! It would be nice to watch tv IF I wanted to, but it is majorly annoying to try.

I HATE DIGITAL TV. I don’t watch much TV but I’d like to be able to see the friggin shows if I want to. It looks like art deco all scribbly and I can’t understand what anyone is saying. I WANT MY ANALOG TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
