Meal 4: Roasted Chicken, Vegetables and Risotto
Meal 5: Spaghetti

i have started planning meals as well .. and it’s working really well and i’m only having to shop once a week. but what kills me is planning not just a week’s worth of suppers, but 7 breakfasts + 7 lunches + 7 snacks + 7 dinners! argh! :^)
