I used to do weekly menus all the time and hang them on the fridge (right next to the sign that said, Tonights menu, two choices....take it or leave it) The funny thing about that is my aunt bought it over after she noticed I was pandering to everyones different tastes! These days I make whatever I feel like on the day and while it is take it or leave it, I have been known to cook up several different dishes on any given day so there is lots of choice! (Did I ever mention I HATE cooking?) Its a bit hard when half the family is vegetarian and half are carnivores! Haha!
