Never Fail Pie Crust
3 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Lard
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vinegar (white)
Water
Blend flour, salt and lard with pastry blender. Beat egg. Pour it into a measuring cup: add vinegar, then add water to fill cup 3/4 full. Mix and add to flour mixture. Mix with hand and roll out crusts with plenty of flour. Makes 4 or five crusts.

I use my kitchen aid mixer to mix it all up with fairly good success. I typically get three to four crusts depending on the thickness.
