New Template Made Just for Me!!

I now present you with my cute and quirky (just like me!) custom template!

I decided while I loved the little stick person I was tired of my template. I’ve been hunting around for something new but I wasn’t having much luck. Most of the designs I saw and liked were not free. So I started to think about getting something just for me. At the same time these thoughts were wandering through my mind PhatMommy mentioned her phatmommydesigns website and her open for business special!

“Yippee!” I thought. “I’m buying myself a present!”

Okay I might have actually “Squeee’d” just a little after all its not everyday that everything lines up so you’ll be able to do something just for yourself.

Cue the party music!

So here are some things I found during this template transition:

Shannon (phatmommy) is a delight to work with and has an excellent eye. I gave her a very rough idea with a few colors I like and she turned that into something I really enjoy viewing.

I don’t really have pictures of myself here at the blog! I think I have two but they are buried deep in the archives. I might remedy that soon with the help of Jr. the photographer. (Did you notice that my lady/girl/women on top the box has brown eyes just like me! Kudos to Shannon who dug through the posts to catch that tidbit about myself!)

Round here (in Iowa that is) “Phat” doesn’t translate and people really thought I was saying “Fat” mommy! And when you say “Phatmommy” heard “fat mommy” peoples eyes get really, really round and they sort of look at you slightly aghast like you’ve said something bad, naughty or perhaps offensive.
