Jr. stopped fevering sometime on Sunday night. He ran a decent temp all weekend so we stayed home. stayed.home.the.whole.weekend. In some small way it felt weird to be home. But we did managed to relax a little, get a little done and of course cuddle and coddle our sick boy.

Lil’B on the other hand thought we should be GOING and took every opportunity presented to go out of the house or make the suggestion that we go out of the house. And if you were going somewhere you can be certain a small “Me Too” was coming behind you.

Daddy enlarged our chicken yard which made the chickens really happy. It also made me happy since I can now reach the chicken door with out moving the fence!

Jr. found his math book this weekend so we started math this week :)

Today we took off from the house and traversed to FOUR libraries in an attempt to collect up the books for our first science unit, the holds I requested and two books to peruse for potential purchase. It was a fun but long morning/afternoon.

After we got home we unloaded the car first went Lil’B to his crib for a nap, Jr. went to the living room to play and the books went in several places throughout the house. We fiddled with math and practiced writing :) while Lil’B slept. Later I took the boys outside where they rode around on their bikes like little hooligans. Some TV while I cooked supper (Toy Story 2 again?!!) Supper then the rest of the movie while Daddy picked up bunches of sticks in the yard (Tomorrow’s Plan: Mow)
Then we headed to the bike path for a bike ride. I am pooped! We went about 5 to 8 miles we aren’t exactly sure because we started in the middle of a path. And I only had to walk the boys up three hills! Yay! Pulling the trailer loaded with the boys is heavy on steep hills! 60 pounds feels more like 300 when your legs are tired. BUT we exercised, spent time as a family and most importantly had fun!
