Gramps had a great idea while the cousins were here to have them paint the garden shed. It was definately an experience! Six kids all covered in barn red paint! Jr. Picaso put more paint on the ground than the shed. Mini O’Keefe now she can paint! She may only be almost four but her section of the shed was painted very precisely. Poor little Jr. Lehner didn’t get to paint at all (of course neither did Lil’Beethoven). The Babies had to stay inside and play with Grandma. Jr. Einstein, Mini Dr. Blackwell and Mini Hepburn painted with great enthusiasm. Fun was had by all.

After wiping the excess paint off with mineral spirits (it was oil based paint) all our little would be house painters lined up for baths or showers to make sure they were thoroughly rinsed and cleaned! A movie and it was off to sleep. Aahhh seven little sleepers…….silence.
